3.1 Placing an Order

Orders may be placed in store at any of our 7 locations or via our website. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by JEM Carpets. A binding contract is formed only upon our written or verbal confirmation of your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.2 Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept debit and credit cards online. We do not store payment card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within a 50-mile radius of Glasgow at a flat fee of £20. Delivery is to the front door of the specified delivery address. We are not obligated to carry goods beyond the ground floor external access point.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We accept no liability for losses caused by delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

If you have any concerns about your order or believe your goods are faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help.

7. Warranty & Guarantees

Products are sold with the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product — please ask in store for specific warranty information at the time of purchase.
