"First time shopping at Jem Carpet store and won't be our last in and out salesman knew exactly what my mum was looking for and was really helpful really prompt service carpet delivered when told it would be and fitted hassle free and such a good price in comparison to the other stores we went too and actually wanted to help breath of fresh air."

"We recently used Jem Carpets in Hillington and were really impressed with the whole experience. From start to finish, Peter was fantastic – he managed the entire process for us and made sure everything ran smoothly. We did have a small issue early on with fitter availability, but Peter quickly stepped in and got it all sorted without any fuss. The level of customer service and communication from the team was excellent, and they genuinely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The carpets/flooring looks great, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. Would absolutely recommend Jem Carpets Hillington – thanks again to Peter and the team for all your help!"

"Brilliant shop. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced too. No heavy selling or trying to push extras or anything you didn't need. Carpet fitters did a great job too. Very happy and highly recommend."

"Thank you to Chris in the Paisley store for advising me and keeping me right. The carpet fitters Micheal and Andy were lovley, gave me a heads up on when they were arriving. They helped me move some furniture around understanding I would have struggled on mh own. Thanks, I am now a shoes on flat."

"Excellent, helpful, friendly staff, Great prices, great quality, and great deals! Highly recommended."

"The staff are genuinely helpful and not just trying to make a commession that bigger chains do. You want left alone fine. Want help, they ask about furniture etc and recommend great colours. They also only use good fitters and it's great getting them to do it. Carpet and fitting is also really cheap, much more so than chains."

"After struggling to find a carpet, Jem carpets helped us to find the perfect one. The gentleman (apologies I don’t remember the name) was really helpful and gave us lots of great info. He got us booked in quickly which helped us out so much! Our carpet is now down and we love it! The guys who did the fitting were also great. We will be back!"

"Unlike the other flooring stores along this road everyone in JEM was friendly and asked how we were getting on without being overbearing yet not totally ignoring us. I arranged a free measurement and everything was smooth with the purchase and laying of the floor. Great service."
